Our team of experienced event stylists approach each wedding with a fresh outlook. Meeting a client’s needs, goals and event budget is paramount.

The Styled by Varu approach to wedding styling is all about flexibility and ease of process for our couples – we take the time to listen, explore ideas and offer inspiration from our wealth of event experience.

Some couples come armed with their own briefs, others require a little helping hand – we can take the lead or follow yours, either way, it’s a winning partnership.

Package Inclusions

While every couple is unique and so is their wedding day, your can rest assured knowing that your Styled by Varu wedding styling package will include:

  • Meetings with our creative event stylist to discuss the look and feel of your wedding.
  • Expert support and guidance from our creative events team in designing your dream wedding styling – think flowers, furniture, lighting, signage, centrepieces and more.
  • Sourcing your chosen styling items from our network of top Melbourne suppliers.
  • Coordinating all selected styling with your chosen wedding venue.
  • Standard set up and pack down of your styling on the day and help with any styling questions or requests.


How much will it cost to style our wedding?
Our exclusive wedding styling offers incredible value for money compared to other services in the market. You’ll get everything outlined in the package above for only $4350 inc GST. (Any additional labour which is considered outside of a standard setup and pack down will incur an additional fee. The additional labour fee will be calculated according to your requirements)

We do have a minimum spend of $8500 for the styling elements. We find this is a good starting figure of what it might cost to achieve your desired look. (This includes items such as flowers, event stationery, furniture hire ETC)

How much time will we save by hiring a wedding stylist?
Clients save an average of 90 hours of their time by working with us (plus a lot of stress).

How far in advance do we need to book?
We generally start working with clients seven to nine months before their wedding. However we have been known to put together an event within 4 weeks ;)

Which wedding venues do you work with?
We’re happy to work with any venue you’ve booked in Melbourne.

How many times will we meet with you?
On average, clients meet with us three to five times before their big day.

Where are the meetings held?
We’ll meet with you at our Brighton studio.

Can you help us find a photographer, make-up artist or other suppliers?
We’re happy to recommend one of our trusted partners, which include photographers, videographers, make-up artists, celebrants ETC
